Cooling Mat Size Guide
DAS KÖNNTE IHREM HUND AUCH GEFALLEN
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 10 reviews.
I took exact measurements of my dog and ordered the recommended size, but the recovery suits were too big. Unfortunately I needed them for her post surgery and could not wait for a return and reshipment.
The cooling mat is great though.

Hello Mandy,
Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying the Frostcore™ Cooling Mat! However, we understand how disappointing it must have been for the recovery suits to arrive too large, especially when your dog needed them after surgery and there wasn’t enough time to exchange them. We appreciate you taking the time to measure your dog carefully before ordering, and we understand how important the right fit is during recovery.
Our Customer Service team will reach out to learn more about these concerns and see how we can assist. You can also contact us at service@sparkpaws.com or through the live chat on our website for a faster response. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
Best,

The cooling mat is absolutely amazing… especially on hot summer days… Guus is a huge fan! Plus… the cooling mat looks so cute with the heart pattern… it’s lightweight and can be used on the couch, floor, bed or in the car… wherever the coolingmat is placed… it’s Guus’ fav spot to relax❤️
My Shih Tzu has taken to her new cool mat and she seems more comfortable on it than the other types. It’s sturdy yet soft so it’s been ideal for using on the bed overnight as the room has been uncomfortably warm lately 🥵 So far so good!
Definitely works well - my frenchie loves sunbaking then comes inside and gets annoyed about being hot! He's been heading straight for the cooling mat to lie down now that he has it, so it obviously works a treat. It looks nice too
As soon as I put the mat down both of my dogs loved it and stayed on it for hours, my dark frenchie gets hotter than the other one glad I made the choice in trying it AAA+++
This is a followup to my previous review which was rather negative. They communicated very courteously with me and I realized I had misunderstood how it works. It feels cool to my feet when I stand on it and it may be my cats aren’t heavy enough to activate the cool feeling or they are just being cats and would rather sleep in a box.
5 stars to customer service and the company.
I actually bought this for my cats that have a sun room that is temperature controlled. They won’t even look at it. I felt it and can’t tell that it is any cooler than the floor. Maybe I am doing it wrong but I don’t see that it cools anything

Hello Ellen,
Thank you for your review.
We're sorry to hear that your cats haven't taken to the Frostcore™ Cooling Mat and that you haven't noticed much of a cooling effect. We understand how disappointing that can be when you're hoping to provide your pets with a comfortable way to stay cool. Our Frostcore™ fabric works through contact-based heat transfer rather than gel, drawing heat away from your pet's body when they lie on the mat. Since every pet responds differently to a new surface, we recommend placing the mat in one of their favorite resting spots and giving them some time to get familiar with it. Keeping the mat in an area with good airflow can also help the fabric release absorbed heat and re-cool between uses.
Someone from our team will reach out if needed, or you may contact us directly at service@sparkpaws.com.
Best,
